INPUD-A Transmission system for analog sensors 



GENERAL:
With INPUD-A data can be transferred by analog sensors over an air gap by up to 5mm with high data security. At the same time the supply of the sensor is made by an inductive coupling.

INPUD A works independently of the number of revolutions. The transmission occurs even under hardest environmental conditions reliably(dust, water, oil, etc.). INPUD-A is maintenance free because no mechanically affecting parts are used. 

Available with radial and axial mechanical housings allows the use for nearly every applicaton.

INPUD-B Transmission system for binary sensors



GENERAL:
The INPUD-B8 Rotary System is an intelligent system for the continuous transfer of power and up to 8 binary sensor 0..24V, (e.g. inductive, capacitive, etc.) signals from rotating sensors across a small air gap, without contact, to a stationary PLC or other control electronics. The principle work independent of its rotational speed. Data are continuously transmitted from the rotating sensors across the air gap to the stationary unit. All rotating electronics are integrated into one ring that is mounted on the rotating shaft. Designed for harsh environments the INPUD system is truly maintenance free. There are no moving parts to break down or wear out, even in dirty and oily environments.

GENERAL:
The INPUD-A/B (Inductive Power and Data Transfer for analog and binary sensors) is a modular system used for contactless air gap transfer of power to supply a rotating ring with its integrated electronics. This part again supplies power to up to 4 analog and binary sensors (inductive, capacitive etc.), independent of the rotational speed. Data are continuously transmitted from the rotating sensors across the air gap back to the stationary unit. All rotating electrincs are integrated into one ring that is mounted on the rotating shaft. Designed for harsh environments the INPUD system ist truly maintenance free. There are no moving parts to break down or wear out, even in dirty and oily environments.

GENERAL:
The INPUD-T System is an intelligent system for the continuous transfer of power and up to 4 PT100 transducer signals, from rotating part across a small air gap, without contact, to a stationary unit. A firm wiring is carried out to a PLC or other control electronics. The INPUD inductive coupling system consists of a ring, a coupling head with the stationary electronics integrated. To induce power and transfer data, install the coupling head within a few mm of the ring and supply the stationary module with 24Vdc. After a few milliseconds, high signal integrity serial data is transferred across the air gap. The measured temperature values are scaled over a 0..300°  temperature range and output as a temperature proportional linear 4..20mA or 0..10V analog signal. Temperature range can be adapted to customers needs. The INPUD-T System is suitable for almost every application as the temperature data is continuously transmitted, independent of the systems rotational direction, speed or orientation. 
There are no moving parts or mechanical contact to wear out or service.

SPS Coupler for the contactless power supply of magnetic valves


GENERAL: 
Magnetic valves, relays actuators on rotary indexing tables and other mobile parts can be driven contact less without sliprings. The SPS coupling unit is established in the rough use in machine tools assembly automats and rotary indexing tables. Compared with mechanical connctors or sliprings the SPS coupling unit offers substantial economic advantages.
Maintenance work is void completely.
